No sooner had the Gay-dar billboard been erected by St Matthew’s in the city when someone decided to vandalise it.
Obviously some people think that vandalising a billboard will end the debate. The one good thing to come from the damage to the billboard is that it will result in more publicity for St Matthew’s in the city protest against the ban on gay and lesbian priests.
The church said that it would be easy to repair the billboard.
