Rainbow Wellington Human Rights Lectures continue with Rosslyn Noonan, the former Chief Human Rights Commissioner, talking on: New Zealand’s human rights reputation – fact or fiction?

Rosslyn was Chief Commissioner at the HRC for ten years up to 2011, and has subsequently acted as Chair of the International Coordinating Committee of National Institutions for the Promotion and Protection of Human Rights (ICC). More info: Rosslyn Noonan.
